1.2 Candidate Representations: Candidates represent and warrant that the information provided in their profiles, including qualifications, work experience, and other details, is accurate and complete. The Company does not guarantee employment or endorse any specific Candidate or Employer.

1.3 Employer Representations: Employers represent and warrant that the job descriptions and requirements provided to the Company are accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

1. User Responsibilities

2.1 User Accounts: To access certain features and services, Users may be required to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords. Users are also responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

2.2 Content Usage: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Company’s services. Users shall not post or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

2.3 Verification and Screening: Employers are responsible for verifying the qualifications, background, and suitability of Candidates before making any employment offers. Candidates acknowledge that Employers may conduct background checks or request additional information as part of the hiring process.

3.1 Service Availability: While the Company strives to provide uninterrupted access to its services, we do not guarantee that the website or services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Temporary disruptions, maintenance, or technical issues may occur.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of any third-party websites or services. Users access and use third-party resources at their own risk.
