Required: 5+ years hands-on Tableau (Desktop/Server/Cloud), production dashboard delivery, strong SQL and data modeling, row-level security, performance tuning. Preferred: financial services/credit union background (strongly preferred), Tableau Bridge, Tableau certification, PII handling and compliance.
