Lead and execute migration of Tableau dashboards from on-prem Tableau Server to Tableau Cloud. Collaborate with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: migrate 100+ Tableau dashboards, reconfigure embedded data sources and extracts, set up Tableau Bridge, optimize extract refresh schedules, perform dashboard validation and UAT, troubleshoot performance and connectivity. Required: Tableau Desktop/Server/Cloud expertise, strong SQL, Tableau Bridge (mandatory), large-scale migration experience (50+ dashboards). Preferred: Tableau REST API, Tableau certifications, Snowflake/Databricks.
