Lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using AWS and Snowflake. Provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensure compliance with industry standards. Required: 10+ years in Data Engineering, Snowflake expertise, ETL/data management, SQL, Python, PySpark, AWS services (Glue, EMR, S3), management experience with 8-10+ team members, end-to-end project delivery. Preferred: Apache Iceberg, insurance industry knowledge (claims and loss processes), Agile. Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
