Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to drive the development and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. This individual will build AI-powered prototypes, develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, support MCP/NCP server implementations, and help identify practical AI use cases that deliver business value. In addition to technical development, the ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business users, educating and guiding them on tools such as Claude, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and prototypes.
• Build and optimize RAG-based solutions and AI workflows.
• Support AI infrastructure, including MCP/NCP server implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify AI use cases.
• Educate and guide users on AI tools, LLMs, and best practices.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools as they emerge.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AI/ML technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).  (6+ Years)
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex, and related AI platforms.
• Development experience in Python and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Terraform and basic DevOps practices.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
• Experience identifying and implementing practical AI use cases.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-Site)
Term: 6 months contract to start, extensions from there
Salary Rate: $75 per hour
