Forward Deployed Software Engineer:

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of solving complex, high-impact challenges by working directly with clients to design and deliver full-stack data and software solutions. This is not a traditional software engineering role—it is a mission-critical position that enables organizations to make data-driven decisions at scale and transform how they operate. Experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or similar platforms is highly valued, as you’ll often work within these environments to drive enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to understand their core objectives and data-related challenges

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications

• Work across the software stack, including data pipelines, backend services, and frontend interfaces

• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback

• Embed with customer teams to drive implementation and adoption

• Operationalize workflows and extract insights from complex datasets to support enterprise transformation

• Leverage Palantir platforms to build scalable, impactful solutions when applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or similar data platforms

• Experience delivering production-level ML or LLM-based solutions

• Familiarity with React for frontend development

• Experience with Spark or other distributed computing frameworks

Location: Hybrid – required travel (Phoenix, Tristate (NY, NJ, Connecticut, Ohio))
Rate: $120K to $180K
