Infra Automation Dev / Automation Team Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Automation Developer with strong experience in Python-based automation, API development, infrastructure orchestration, container platforms, and CI/CD technologies.

The candidate should have expertise in at least 5 of the 10 listed technical skills, with mandatory experience in Python and API development.

Mandatory Skills

  1. Python
  2. API Experience (FastAPI, Flask, Swagger)


Required Technical Skills

The candidate should have strong expertise in at least 5 of the following:

  • Python
  • API development using FastAPI, Flask, Swagger
  • Ansible / AAP Tower / React


Containerization technologies:

  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Rancher
  • Podman
    • Java / JavaScript
    • Airflow
    • VMware administration or automation


CI/CD tools:

  • GitHub Actions
  • Jenkins
    • PostgreSQL / MySQL
    • Grafana / ELK logging


Additional Helpful Skills

Troubleshooting environmental and infrastructure issues including:

  • Firewall
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • Network-related issues


OS installation and automation using:

  • KickStart
  • Chef

 
Additional Skills:

  • Experience with DELL / Supermicro / CISCO hardware
  • VMware vSphere installation, configuration, and administration of ESXi 8.x+
  • Knowledge of Celery or Redis
  • Knowledge of implementing best practices aligned with change management processes
