Salesforce Integration Specialist (Phase 1)

Role Overview: The Salesforce Integration Specialist implements the agent-to-Salesforce connectivity for the Customer Service agent, including case-record updates driven by Zoom transcript extraction with human-in-the-loop validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the case-update data contract (fields, required validations, ownership rules).
  • Implement Salesforce connector authentication, field mappings, and update logic with human-in-the-loop gates.
  • Build platform-native validation rules or flows where required to preserve data integrity.
  • Coordinate with Client’s Salesforce admin on sandbox access, permission sets, and deployment windows.
  • Instrument every write operation with traceable audit logging.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce integration experience (Service Cloud preferred).
  • Hands-on with Salesforce REST / Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Platform connectors for Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and integration patterns.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Prior experience with Zoom / call-recording integrations into Salesforce.
