Project Lead (Part-Time, Phases 1–3)

Role Overview: The Project Lead runs the delivery cadence — planning, milestone tracking, scope management, and Client coordination — so the technical team can focus on build work. This role is allocated part-time (approximately 50%) across Phases 1–3 and operates as the single point of contact for schedule and status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the phase-level plan: weekly milestones, dependencies, and critical-path tracking.
• Run weekly status meetings with Client and internal team; issue concise written status reports.
• Manage scope: track change requests, assess impact, and bring decisions to the appropriate approver.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies (Client Infrastructure, Data Science, business stakeholders, third-party vendors).
• Track risks, issues, and decisions; drive resolution or escalation on a defined cadence.
• Own pilot rollout planning for the ∼200-user Customer Service pilot: comms, training, feedback capture, and go-live readiness.
• Facilitate phase gate reviews and secure approvals to proceed.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of program or project management experience on enterprise software / cloud engagements.
• Demonstrated experience leading consulting or co-delivery engagements of $500K+.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tracking systems; strong Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Prior delivery experience on Microsoft 365 or Azure programs.
• Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR) or equivalent adoption experience.
